hirify.global is building A1, a proactive AI smart assistant designed to bring intelligence to everyday conversations, errands, and workflows.

What you will do

  • Support the CEO on local launch priorities, including scheduling, preparation, and execution of key initiatives.
  • Set up the local office from scratch, coordinating vendors and establishing basic operational and administrative processes.
  • Build and manage relationships with recruitment agencies and hiring partners to support early-stage growth.
  • Coordinate early hiring processes and interview logistics in collaboration with internal TA teams.
  • Act as the central coordination point across HR, Finance, Operations, and Product teams.
  • Prepare briefing notes, summaries, and materials for meetings and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Experience in operations, executive support, startup operations, or business coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving, unstructured environment.
  • Comfort working with senior leadership and handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to execute independently.
  • Must be based in Seoul, South Korea.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the local Korean business environment, vendors, and administrative processes.
