What you will do

• Develop and apply modeling, simulation, and mission analysis methods for complex systems.
• Execute system engineering lifecycle assignments including concept design, architecture, and testing.
• Perform trade studies, sensitivity analyses, and what-if assessments to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical decisions.
• Create high-quality technical reports, white papers, and presentations for sponsors.
• Identify and communicate design concerns to project leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering field.
• 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis or related fields.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• Proficiency in MBSE tools (SysML) and MATLAB/Simulink.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Familiarity with mission-level modeling environments like AFSIM or STK.
• Experience with strategic deterrence, missile defense, or hypersonics.
