What you will do

• Monitor the health and performance of corporate systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workday.
• Lead the transition from build to run phases using CI/CD and automation best practices.
• Manage BAU enhancements and small-scale configurations to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Ensure system compliance with regulatory standards like GDPR and SOC 2 through proactive audits.
• Troubleshoot incidents and implement AI-driven optimizations to improve system performance and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible, or Copado.
• Experience with PDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR and SOC 2.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
