Requirements

• 10+ years of healthcare leadership experience with deep expertise in managed care and payer strategy.
• Proven track record of negotiating complex agreements and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of home health, hospice, or post-acute reimbursement landscapes.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
