What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive contracting strategies for payer and provider agreements.
• Lead negotiations, renewals, and execution of contracts across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial funding channels.
• Monitor and interpret federal and state healthcare regulations to advise senior leadership on reimbursement impacts.
• Ensure organizational compliance with DME supplier standards, Anti-Kickback Statute, and HIPAA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Revenue Cycle, Legal, and Finance to ensure contract terms are operationally achievable.
• Oversee contracting KPIs and analyze payer performance trends to identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic healthcare contracting, payer relations, or reimbursement, with a strong preference for DME expertise.
• Deep understanding of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement structures, managed care, and value-based arrangements.
• Proven track record of successful negotiations with national and regional payers.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory documents and translate them into actionable business strategy.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and analytical skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Moon Township, PA, and travel up to 15% of the time.
