Salary: $185,000 - $200,000 + Annual Bonus

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the President, monitoring business performance and conducting market analysis.
• Manage executive communications, including board materials, leadership sessions, and strategic planning cycles.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution using RACI frameworks.
• Refine back-office processes and institutionalize SOPs to eliminate friction and improve operational speed.
• Develop business cases and remediation plans to address identified gaps in performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or senior operational leadership.
• Proven track record of supporting C-suite or senior executives in complex environments.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen with experience in business case development and market assessments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with M&A processes, post-merger integration, or partnership development.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).

• MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution.
• Background in technology, SaaS, or high-growth digital businesses.
