Marketing Coordinator (Hybrid After Training)

Location: Albany, NY, United States; hybrid after training

Pay: $21.35 per hour

What you will do

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, initiatives, promotions, and content updates.
• Prepare flyers, email drafts, presentations, reports, and status summaries.
• Coordinate internal marketing requests, project timelines, deliverables, calendars, and schedules.
• Support event planning logistics, including registrations, materials, follow-up, and promotional activities for Capital District events.
• Assist with website updates, content uploads, and social media scheduling.
• Maintain marketing files, archives, databases, CRMs, spreadsheets, and promotional collateral for sales teams.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong PC skills, including database, spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
