What you will do

• Lead communications planning for FCC initiatives, programs, and change management.
• Develop, write, and adapt bilingual content for internal and external audiences.
• Act as the incident communications lead, coordinating messaging during major events.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Manage communications across established channels including email, intranet, and platforms.
• Monitor engagement metrics to modernize and improve communication effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in bilingual communications (English/French).
• Advanced proficiency in both English and French is mandatory.
• Must possess valid work authorization for Canada.
• Experience supporting complex or highly regulated environments.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• University degree in communications, journalism, PR, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, capital markets, or clearing/custody.
• Background in internal change or transformation communications.
