What you will do

• Run weekly CEO-focused editorial meetings covering themes, narrative pull-through, news hooks, and a CEO visibility calendar with risk review and rapid response readiness.
• Coordinate CEO visibility across PR, marketing, product, and investor relations (as needed) to keep messaging aligned, timely, and credible.
• Develop and maintain the CEO’s narrative platform (core themes, POVs, proof points), including a message house, briefing library, and standing Q&A.
• Lead CEO media strategy and execution: target outlets, story angles, pitch calendar, proactive/reactive plans, and preparation for interviews and TV appearances.
• Own CEO social channels end-to-end (e.g., LinkedIn): define voice and guardrails, draft/publish content with approvals, and turn CEO moments into posts, clips, and commentary while tracking performance.

Requirements

• Be a current or recent tech journalist with strong connections in media within the tech/software industry.
• Have the ability to manage daily headlines and maintain a razor-focused CEO editorial calendar.
• Demonstrate experience securing organic media placements and interviews with major business/tech outlets.
• Be able to build and maintain relationships with reporters, editors, producers, and influential voices in business, tech, and data/AI.

• Base salary range in the United States: $180,000–$200,000, plus eligibility for a target annual bonus of 20% of base salary and equity.
