What you will do

• Facilitate ideation workshops to capture requirements and define actionable AI agent use cases.
• Design, configure, and deploy intelligent agents using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and generative actions.
• Integrate AI solutions with the wider Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure AI Foundry services.
• Conduct testing and iterative enhancements to improve agent quality, accuracy, and user value.
• Produce documentation and provide training to customers on agent governance and responsible AI practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across client organizations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• 3+ years of commercial experience in customer-facing consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft AI capabilities including Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, and AI Builder.
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and grounding agents in enterprise knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead ideation workshops and manage requirements for technical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
