What you will do

• Execute organizational and cost center changes across HR, Finance, and reporting systems.
• Maintain and control master data across upstream, core, and downstream platforms including Workday and General Ledger.
• Ensure end-to-end data consistency and manage system dependencies.
• Translate business and HR requirements into system-ready master data structures.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process standardization.
• Maintain audit trails and ensure compliance with data governance standards.

Requirements

• Experience in Master Data Management, Finance Systems, or ERP support.
• Hands-on exposure to Finance and HR data structures like cost centers and organizational hierarchies.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end data flows across multiple integrated systems.
• Experience working with ERP and reporting environments such as Workday or EPM platforms.
• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail in complex system environments.
• Ability to act as a liaison between Finance, HR, and IT stakeholders.

• Experience supporting organizational change or system-driven transformations.
