What you will do
- Work directly with leadership to frame, analyse, and solve ’s highest-priority strategic and operational challenges.
- Break down ambiguous problems into structured analyses, options, and clear recommendations.
- Own end-to-end delivery of critical projects from concept through execution and measurable impact.
- Act as a connective tissue across People, Product, Commercial, Infrastructure, Finance, and Operations to build alignment and clarity.
- Identify and fix gaps in processes, tooling, or information flow by designing and implementing systems and workflows.
- Rapidly build context across the business model, cost drivers, infrastructure stack, and customer use cases, then adapt approach using data and first-principles thinking.
Requirements
- 4–8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, investment, or high-growth technology environments with outsized outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to structure complex, ambiguous problems.
- Proven track record of owning initiatives end-to-end and delivering measurable results.
- Comfort working across technical and non-technical teams without formal authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence through clarity and logic.
- High ownership mindset and motivation to work in early-stage environments where priorities shift.
