What you will do

• Create, integrate, and apply interdisciplinary digital models of products from concept through the product lifecycle.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex problems using advanced systems engineering expertise.
• Perform systems engineering analysis and produce systems engineering deliverables (e.g., technical specifications, interface control documents, and system architecture).
• Support design reviews and requirements verification using multiple systems engineering and program management functions.
• Communicate and collaborate with government clients, FFRDCs, and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals.
• Mentor and may supervise team members.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required and active U.S. Government security clearance (Secret); applicants without the required clearance are not eligible.
• Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field.
• 5+ years of experience with large-scale missions and systems engineering and integration.
• 3+ years of experience performing systems engineering analysis and developing systems engineering products for DoD or government systems.
• 3+ years of practical MBSE experience for technical specifications, interface control documents, and system architecture, using tools such as Cameo or MagicDraw, SparxEA, DOORS, or IBM Rhapsody.
• Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, FFRDCs, and contractor teammates.

Nice to have

• TS/SCI clearance.
• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience with Model-Based Verification and Validation.
• Experience with MATLAB, STK, ModelCenter, or TeamCenter.
• Knowledge of Systems Machine Learning (SysML) and DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF).
• OMG Certified Systems Model Professional (OCSMP) and/or INCOSE SE certification.
