TL;DR

Sr. Workday HCM Specialist (Fintech): Managing and optimizing Workday HCM modules for Recruiting, Performance, and Talent to enhance candidate and employee experiences with an accent on system configuration, reporting, and release management. Focus on designing scalable TA processes, orchestrating cyclical performance programs, and ensuring GDPR compliance across global operations.

Location: Must be based in Warsaw (UoP contract)

What you will do

  • Act as the primary HRIS partner and SME for Workday Recruiting, Performance, and Talent modules.
  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes to increase efficiency and data quality.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end execution of cyclical programs, including Annual Performance Reviews and Talent Reviews.
  • Configure and deploy changes to business processes, security, custom organizations, and calculated fields.
  • Manage Workday releases for HCM modules, including regression testing and change communication.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to deliver actionable hiring and talent insights.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Workday HCM experience with hands-on ownership of Recruiting, Performance, and Talent.
  • Expertise in business process configuration, calculated fields, and custom reporting.
  • Experience supporting cyclical performance and talent processes at a global scale.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and audit requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
  • Location: Based in Warsaw, Poland (Umowa o Pracę)

Nice to have

  • Workday certifications in HCM, Recruiting, or Talent.
  • Experience with integrations and data loads (EIB, Core Connectors, APIs).
  • Background in high-growth SaaS or global matrixed environments.
