TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Krakow, Poland (Hybrid: 3-5 days per month onsite).

What you will do

  • Configure and monitor procurement systems, including workflows, user roles, and integrations.
  • Conduct UAT testing and manage system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and share best practices.
  • Ensure SOX compliance through accurate access controls and audit trails.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends and generate performance reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or 2–5 years of professional experience as a Systems Administrator.
  • In-depth knowledge of Coupa or similar procurement platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements such as SOX, VAT, and Data Privacy.
  • Experience with system upgrades and data migrations.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Coupa certifications.
  • Familiarity with ERP and finance systems.
