What you will do

• Administer funds, management companies, and associated structures while liaising with clients and intermediaries.
• Handle company secretarial tasks, including preparing agendas, board packs, and drafting minutes for routine meetings.
• Maintain accurate investor records on eFront and process investor changes.
• Prepare payment instructions for fund expenses and coordinate routine fund operations, including investor calls and distributions.
• Ensure all regulatory and statutory filings are completed in a timely manner.
• Support the induction, integration, and training of trainee staff.

Requirements

• Studying towards a relevant professional qualification (preferably ICSA Certificate level or equivalent).
• Experience within financial services.
• Essential computer literacy skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for developing working relationships with colleagues and clients.
