TL;DR

Cybersecurity Solutions Advisor (CISSP): Represent Voya’s Cyber Security Program in client sales support by developing and delivering information security presentations and acting as the primary information security expert for client cybersecurity questions. Focus on translating complex security concepts for non-technical, technical, and executive audiences, managing written and on-site security responses, and training sales support staff with an emphasis on consultative client engagement.

Location: MN-Work@Home, Minnesota

Salary: $121,930 - $152,410 USD (annual base)

What you will do

  • Develop and deliver information security presentations for non-technical, technical, and executive audiences.
  • Serve as the overall information security expert for client sales support meetings.
  • Act as the internal single point of contact for client cybersecurity questions.
  • Manage and facilitate customer security responses, including written and on-site responses.
  • Respond to client requests across information security topics and industry trends.
  • Train client relationships and sales support staff on information security and related industry developments.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of professional IT experience, including 5 years of progressively responsible information security experience in a sales support role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a directly related field (Master’s preferred).
  • CISSP certification required, with experience protecting personal information and/or health information.
  • Experience across security aspects of multiple platforms, operating systems, software, communications, and network protocols.
  • Strong analytical, consultative, and communication skills with an executive-level client presence.
  • Minimum 30% travel.
