Salary: $116,900 - $197,083.60

What you will do

• Collaborate with direct and channel sales teams to drive the sales process for enterprise accounts.
• Conduct technical discovery to align hirify.global solutions with customer requirements.
• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Lead onsite and remote Proof of Value (POV) evaluations.
• Contribute to RFP responses and provide product feedback to the Product Management team.
• Develop technical collateral and build a personal brand within the Identity Security community.

Requirements

• Residence in Chicago, IL.
• 5+ years of professional B2B pre-sales experience in an enterprise software company.
• Working knowledge of technical infrastructure, including web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, and directories.
• Proficiency in modern SaaS architecture and IaaS platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with APIs, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI technologies (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex, Azure Foundry).
• 3+ years of experience with Identity, Governance, and Access Management (IGA) solutions.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, NERC-CIP, GDPR, and CCPA.
• Experience speaking at national or regional conferences and meetups.
