What you will do
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure applications within a collaborative Scrum team.
- Translate user stories into innovative technical solutions from design to deployment.
- Solve complex business challenges while improving code quality and technical practices.
- Promote best practices in coding, security, and development processes through mentorship.
- Support critical systems through occasional off-hours on-call rotation.
- Participate in company events and workshops with up to 15% travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, WCF, and RESTful services.
- Strong proficiency in MS SQL Server, T-SQL, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud solutions, Kubernetes, and microservices.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity with 25% office presence.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a related discipline.
- Experience with .NET 4.5–4.7, LINQ, SSRS/SSIS, and Entity Framework.
- Background in real-time financial systems and UML business modeling.
- Experience with Test Driven Development and automated unit testing.
