What you will do

• Own the product vision and outcomes for impact data products and AI-powered case management capabilities.
• Partner with platform and AI teams to translate program data into smarter systems and automated workflows.
• Define and build a structured, extensible data layer to capture program outcomes over time.
• Lead the development of AI-powered case agents to reduce manual burden for service staff.
• Drive integrations across the product ecosystem to surface real-time impact context in donor and volunteer tools.
• Set and execute product strategy, balancing customer value with platform scalability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• 5+ years of product management experience in PE-backed SaaS environments.
• Experience working with AI or platform engineering teams on complex, data-oriented products.
• Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to design workflows across platforms and ecosystems.
• Technical fluency to engage deeply with engineering teams on architecture and scalability.

Nice to have

• Experience in health and human services, nonprofit technology, CSR, or ESG domains.
• Direct experience with reporting, analytics, or data-heavy product development.
