What you will do

• Architect and deliver production-grade agent workflows end-to-end, from conversational UI to orchestration and tool integrations.
• Build embedded agent interfaces using AG-UI and CopilotKit for a refined product experience.
• Implement robust orchestration with Microsoft Agent Framework (.NET), including tool calling, multi-agent patterns, and human-in-the-loop handoffs.
• Integrate workflow edge cases with low-code automation platforms like N8N while maintaining reliability.
• Develop behavioral, regression, and adversarial evaluations to ensure production reliability for non-deterministic systems.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Platform Engineering on data surfaces, deployment, and observability; contribute reusable platform primitives and templates.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering with meaningful production depth on both frontend and backend.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (modern .NET 8/9/10), including async patterns and dependency injection.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React for frontend development.
• Shipped at least one production system using LLMs end-to-end (real users, real reliability constraints, real evaluations); multi-step orchestration/agent experience preferred.
• Strong grasp of API design, auth, async patterns, and streaming vs request-response tradeoffs.
• Working knowledge of Azure primitives (App Service/AKS/Functions, Key Vault, API Management, Entra ID) and comfort writing IaC with Bicep.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
• Experience with .NET Aspire and Azure Functions hosting patterns for agents.
• Experience with AG-UI, CopilotKit, or comparable agent/copilot UI frameworks.
• Experience with N8N/Make/Zapier at production scale.
• Experience with Foundry Observability and Foundry Evals (including Azure DevOps Foundry-evals extension).
