What you will do

• Own the technical architecture of the XR Training Academy platform and define standards across the frontend, backend, AI, and cloud.
• Design scalable cloud-native architectures, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Lead the implementation of AI-powered experiences using LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Translate product requirements into technical implementation plans and executable workstreams.
• Contribute production-quality code for backend services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Mentor developers and foster a high-performing engineering culture through code reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in a Technical Lead or Solution Architect role.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience building applications leveraging LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) and RAG architectures.
• Proven track record in designing cloud-native applications, preferably on Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and REST API integrations.
• Strong systems-thinking skills and ability to drive technical alignment with stakeholders.

• Background in building training, education, or simulation platforms.
