What you will do

• Act as a technical partner to Sales, Account Management, and Partnership teams to support new business opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate the RFI/RFP process in collaboration with internal stakeholders like Finance, Legal, and Product.
• Present solution-based sales proposals to large audiences and conduct internal training sessions.
• Manage technical integration calls across hotel, retail POS, e-commerce, and mobile platforms.
• Provide technical input into solution design, ensuring compliance with industry standards and scheme mandates.
• Act as a merchant advocate during Product Planning Meetings by documenting and organizing product requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
• Solid experience with payment solutions, including acquirer, issuer, PSP systems, and POS integrations.
• Ability to act as a technical consultant to Product teams on platform design and customization.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured documentation and conceptual designs.
