Junior CPS Survey Consultant (Consumer Panel Service): Supporting senior consultants in delivering actionable consumer insights and analytics to clients with an accent on FMCG market dynamics and data-driven strategy. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Milan, Italy (Hybrid)

Salary: €27,500–€30,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Deliver CPS insights and action-oriented solutions to clients by explaining complex analytical methodologies.
  • Interact autonomously with client staff regarding both basic and advanced service needs.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, both via phone and in-person.
  • Collaborate with internal CPS, CAS, and Sales teams to provide holistic client support.
  • Maintain high performance standards and promote a strong, collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure service levels are met for all assigned client accounts.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in FMCG and client dynamics.
  • Full proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Italian: Mother Tongue or Fluent (written and spoken).
  • English: B1 level or equivalent (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to complex, changing environments.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate efforts within a virtual team setting.
