What you will do

  • Support the value creation process through client diagnoses, workshops, and steering committees.
  • Analyze client performance data and identify growth opportunities within the international shopper segment.
  • Customize value propositions to address specific client needs using internal assets and partner solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and steering committees in collaboration with Sales teams.
  • Ensure the successful roll-out and governance of agreed-upon action plans.
  • Act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders including Sales, Product, and Business Intelligence teams.

Requirements

  • University degree in business or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting or luxury retail.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data elaboration tools.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and storytelling capabilities.
  • Fluent in English (German is a strong plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional environments.
