Salary: $60,000–$65,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage creative processes and deadlines for multicultural campaigns across linear and digital channels.
• Facilitate AV materials through the finishing process and coordinate asset delivery for domestic and international campaigns.
• Develop Spanish translations for trailers, digital spots, and various creative assets.
• Maintain internal reporting logs, asset trackers, and shared drives for creative materials.
• Traffic and track materials through network, legal, and guild approval processes.
• Assist with event organization, logistics, and administrative tasks including scheduling and expenses.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual with advanced proficiency in written and verbal Spanish.
• 1+ years of experience in the entertainment industry, specifically in marketing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Airtable, and Trello.
• Must be able to work in-office in Universal City, CA, at least four days per week.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage changing deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree.
