What you will do

  • Provide professional service desk support via phone, email, and Jira.
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues within production environments.
  • Act as an Incident Coordinator, notifying stakeholders and escalating high-priority issues.
  • Monitor production applications, servers, and networks, responding promptly to performance alerts.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of casino and sportsbook products and internal procedures.
  • Recommend automation strategies to reduce manual workload and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working with ITIL or similar process management systems.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong time management skills for high-volume work environments.
  • Must be able and willing to operate in a 24/7 environment.
  • Flexibility to handle ad-hoc tasks and shift priorities as needed.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the Online Gaming industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a computer-related field.
  • Relevant technical certifications.
