Focus on resolving basic to advanced complexity issues, reporting bugs, and consulting customers on service improvements.

Location: Fully Remote (Must be proficient in Greek)

What you will do

• Provide technical support for Hosting, Domain, and related services through tickets, chat, and phone.
• Handle entry-level sales and billing requests.
• Report bugs to developers and perform partial infrastructure monitoring.
• Perform cross-selling and up-selling to help customers improve their services.
• Gather and provide customer feedback to enhance products and services.

Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of hosting services and domain name systems.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in shifts.

Nice to have

• Expertise with Plesk, Cpanel, or WHM.
• Familiarity with common CMS such as WordPress and Joomla.
