What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants joining the platform.
  • Support merchants during their initial launch phase to ensure operational readiness.
  • Provide guidance on menu setup, platform best practices, and quality improvement.
  • Monitor merchant performance and advise on strategies to increase order volume.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, and Support teams to ensure long-term success.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the merchant experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Greek and English required.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Experience in onboarding, account management, or customer success is a plus.
