What you will do

• Lead small-to-medium supply chain continuous improvement (CI) projects from opportunity identification through implementation and value realization.
• Develop analytical baselines using TMS, ERP, and visibility platform data to quantify improvement opportunities.
• Design and present solution recommendations for mode conversion, freight consolidation, carrier rationalization, and inventory optimization.
• Build and maintain project business cases, implementation plans, KPI frameworks, and benefit realization trackers.
• Collaborate with Control Tower teams, logistics coordinators, and suppliers to embed new operational processes.
• Track and report project-level savings and provide CI project status updates for QBR and MBR reporting.

Requirements

• Experience leading supply chain continuous improvement projects end-to-end.
• Ability to perform complex data analysis using TMS and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in designing logistics optimization solutions (e.g., freight consolidation, mode conversion).
• Experience creating business cases and KPI frameworks to measure project success.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with internal operational stakeholders and external suppliers.
