What you will do

• Install, maintain, upgrade, and repair DNA sequencing equipment at customer sites.
• Manage spare parts inventory and document all service activities accurately.
• Collaborate with account managers and application specialists to ensure customer success.
• Mentor and train junior service engineers on technical protocols.
• Analyze field issues and provide detailed feedback to technical support and management.
• Develop and refine service documentation and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Paris, France area.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Windows, Linux, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.

Nice to have

• Three years of experience servicing complex electromechanical or chemical equipment.
• Hands-on experience with life sciences instrumentation or DNA sequencing technology.
