Senior Fullstack Engineer (LegalTech): Building and evolving AI-powered product experiences for the Lito Legal Agent with an accent on C#/.NET backend services and TypeScript/React frontend. Location: Must be based in Denver, CO (Hybrid: on-site presence at least three days per week).

Salary: $130,000–$175,000.

What you will do

• Build and ship high-quality features across C#/.NET backend and TypeScript/React frontend.
• Design scalable APIs, services, and product workflows supporting AI-powered legal experiences.
• Partner with Product, Design, and QA to turn ambiguous ideas into clear technical plans.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and pairing.
• Improve system reliability, observability, performance, and security.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering speed and leverage.

Requirements

• Must be based in Denver, CO and able to work on-site at least three days per week.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET or comparable backend ecosystems.
• Experience building modern web applications with TypeScript and React.
• Track record of owning complex work end-to-end from design to production.
• Strong engineering judgment and ability to make pragmatic tradeoffs.
• Collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-powered products, LLM-based workflows, or RAG systems.
• Experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms.
• Background in legal tech, enterprise SaaS, or document-intensive workflows.
