What you will do

• Inspect finished furniture components to identify defects or damage.
• Perform skilled touch-up and repair work on wood, laminate, and metal surfaces.
• Ensure all repaired materials meet or exceed established quality standards.
• Utilize hand tools and finishing materials to correct imperfections like scratches or dents.
• Communicate quality issues and recurring defects to production teams.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying root causes of product defects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent color acuity.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Ability to stand, bend, and twist for 10-12 hour shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).
