What you will do

• Serve as a primary member of the Center of Excellence for the Salesforce environment.
• Lead the configuration and development of Salesforce Field Service and Experience Cloud.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to define, document, and deploy new business processes.
• Manage system governance, security, and user sharing models.
• Coordinate internal system audits and prepare for platform upgrades.
• Act as a liaison between business users, vendors, and internal application teams.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce Solution Architecture, Lightning Components, and Flows.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service is required.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical design recommendations.
• Experience with Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud solution design.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
