What you will do

• Lead downstream strategy development, including targeting, positioning, messaging, and commercial launch execution.
• Manage the full product lifecycle for the Foot and Ankle Biologics portfolio, from opportunity identification to integration.
• Own the voice of the customer (VOC) process to identify unmet clinical and market needs.
• Partner with medical education to lead surgeon training and present product features and surgical techniques.
• Analyze sales and market data to track KPIs, develop forecasts, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales enablement and distributors to set training strategies and support field selling activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in Orthopedic Biologics marketing or sales.
• Must have full-time work authorization in the United States (no sponsorship).
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
