What you will do

• Process bi-weekly payroll for call center staff, including new hires, terminations, and banking/tax maintenance.
• Manage the payroll email inbox and Workday employee help center to resolve high-volume inquiries.
• Collaborate with the NA Payroll Manager on semi-monthly corporate payroll tasks.
• Handle garnishment processes, documentation, and payroll file uploads to online services.
• Track time and pay cards while coordinating closely with HR and accounting departments.
• Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and improve system support for complex calculations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Cebu, Philippines for this onsite role.
• Experience with high-volume payroll processing for US and Canadian populations.
• Strong proficiency in managing complex pay calculations and multi-state payroll environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with strict deadlines.
• Experience with payroll systems, specifically Workday.
• Excellent communication skills for managing employee inquiries and government communications.
