What you will do

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable for global intellectual property services.
• Ensure timely collections while managing complex, multi-jurisdictional billing structures.
• Communicate with clients, law firms, and agents to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile client and trust accounts to maintain accurate, compliant records.
• Process international payments and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with internal legal and operations teams to clarify billing issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in AR or accounting.
• Strong understanding of multi-currency transactions and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Detail-oriented approach to handling confidential financial information.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal, professional services, or IP sectors.
• Knowledge of Business Central or NAV ERP systems.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
