What you will do

• Operate pre-set electrical discharge machines to shape metal work pieces.
• Fabricate and dress electrodes under direct supervision.
• Position and secure work pieces using clamps, vices, or fixtures.
• Perform minor adjustments to electrode setups to ensure proper alignment and depth.
• Adjust machine settings including voltage, current, frequency, and feed rate.
• Utilize measuring instruments such as calipers and dial indicators for quality control.
