What you will do

• Lead the connection between financial strategy and technical execution.
• Drive AI enablement across the Finance organization and modernize the reporting tech stack.
• Manage a high-performing team responsible for financial data integrity and accessibility.
• Act as the primary liaison between Finance and technical teams like Engineering and Data Science.
• Streamline financial reporting frameworks to highlight critical business drivers.
• Consult with cross-functional partners to refine analytical requests and establish performance reporting.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in Finance, Data Strategy, or Business Intelligence.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Technical self-sufficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI platforms.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and bridging gaps between technical and business teams.
• Strong leadership presence with experience managing people in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to simplify complex data into compelling narratives for stakeholders.
