What you will do
- Plan structured content calendars and develop fresh, high-converting content concepts.
- Research digital trends and translate them into engaging hooks, scripts, and creative marketing angles.
- Write clear creator briefs and coordinate a network of UGC creators.
- Edit short-form videos and design polished static assets for multi-channel distribution.
- Create and optimize high-performing creative assets across Amazon, Numan.com, CRM flows, and social channels.
- Analyze creative performance metrics and iterate on creative designs to improve results.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in content creation, social media management, or creative marketing.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels mechanics for short-form video conversion.
- Hands-on experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro) and design platforms (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a focus on commercial hooks.
- Highly organized and proactive, able to manage multiple asset-production timelines simultaneously.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where creative testing velocity matters.
Nice to have
- Experience creating or optimizing assets for Amazon or TikTok Shop storefronts.
- Experience in a high-growth D2C subscription or healthtech ecosystem.
