What you will do

• Monitor and validate system events and alerts across expansive infrastructure environments.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to ensure system stability.
• Escalate potential outages or abnormal situations using a proactive approach.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and specialists on technical projects.
• Interact directly with customers to understand needs and provide best practice insights.
• Maintain and control cutting-edge systems to ensure seamless business operations.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
• Experience or technical knowledge of Batch Operations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Viseu, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Windows Server certification.
• CCNA or CCNP certification.
