What you will do

• Perform precision bonding, back etching, and sorting operations on small components.
• Execute fine wire shaping, forming, and gage matching tasks.
• Manage the boxing and preparation of passed strain gages and matched sets.
• Apply Lean manufacturing principles to drive daily continuous improvements.
• Work with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in El Monte, CA as this is an onsite role.
• Proven manual dexterity and experience working with fine details under a microscope.
• Ability to perform bench work and stand periodically throughout the day.
• Capability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow established technical procedures.
