What you will do

• Provide comprehensive support for financial professionals using the hirify.global terminal and analytical tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with asset management and securities clients.
• Develop analytical models using Excel and support quantitative and portfolio analysis workflows.
• Conduct client training sessions, seminars, and on-site consultations.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure high client retention and system adoption.
• Collaborate on large-scale projects to optimize client investment workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Japanese: Native level proficiency required.
• English: Business level proficiency required.
• Must have proof of work eligibility in Japan.
• Strong numeric, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in PC applications, with a strong focus on Microsoft Excel.

• Background in finance, business, IT, mathematics, or economics.
