What you will do

• Lead transformation workstreams across digital, operational, and strategic projects.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, perform data analysis, and design strategic solutions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables, interacting with clients at the VP/Director level.
• Supervise consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Co-lead proposal development, client pitches, and market research for new opportunities.
• Contribute to recruitment activities, including candidate screening and onboarding.

Requirements

• 5-15 years of experience in strategy, management, or IT consulting.
• Native-level Japanese (full fluency in business culture and communication; JLPT N1 alone is insufficient).
• Business-level English for daily use with global teams and C-suite reporting.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Ability to operate independently and drive work forward without close supervision.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Tokyo office.

• Experience with digital transformation projects.
• Proven track record in business development or proposal writing.
