What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for platform foundations, including API usage, platform limits, and storage reporting.
• Lead the development of customer-facing self-service experiences to improve transparency and reduce manual administrative intervention.
• Build AI-powered operational guidance to help customers identify usage patterns, anticipate constraints, and automate routine tasks.
• Drive the evolution of configuration-as-code and CI/CD deployment workflows to support DevOps-aligned administration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, and go-to-market teams to deliver enterprise-ready platform solutions.
• Engage with strategic customers and partners to validate needs and shape product priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, or infrastructure.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical products across cross-functional organizations.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, microservices, cloud architecture, and DevOps tooling.
• Experience building self-service experiences for technical or administrative users.
• Ability to translate complex technical systems into intuitive product experiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with API governance, rate limiting, or developer tooling.
• Familiarity with Terraform, infrastructure as code, or enterprise DevOps practices.
• Experience building AI-powered copilots, recommendation systems, or anomaly detection.
• Knowledge of CCaaS or enterprise communications platforms.
