What you will do

• Conduct research and analysis to evaluate business lines and establish profitable pricing strategies.
• Forecast reserve estimates quarterly and report findings to Finance.
• Communicate complex actuarial results to diverse audiences, including Executive Leadership.
• Collaborate with the Technical Pricing team to validate and calibrate professional liability rating models.
• Mentor less experienced actuaries and foster professional growth within the team.
• Represent the department on cross-functional teams and handle ad hoc requests from leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, or an analytical field.
• 3-5 years of actuarial experience.
• 3+ Actuarial exams passed, with a commitment to pursuing CAS Associate or Fellowship designation.
• Strong project and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to defend methodologies and assumptions.
• Must have US Work Authorization; no sponsorship available.

• Experience in Professional Liability or Commercial Lines.
