What you will do

• Define and maintain service catalogue and experience standards for all corporate technology.
• Lead the internal IT service desk and end-user support function, establishing and monitoring SLAs and XLAs.
• Manage the end-to-end vendor governance function, including SaaS, hardware, and managed service providers.
• Act as the Obligation Manager for all corporate technology contracts, ensuring compliance and value recovery.
• Oversee the corporate technology budget, including forecasting, cost-modeling, and software licensing.
• Build and maintain executive-grade dashboards to track service performance, budget health, and vendor status.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in corporate Operations, Technology, or internal service delivery.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role owning a function, team, and budget.
• Proven experience managing modern corporate technology estates, including identity, collaboration, and SaaS tools.
• Expert-level experience in negotiating and governing complex commercial contracts and SLAs.
• Strong executive presence with a track record of advising C-suite stakeholders.
• Fluent with ITSM platforms, SaaS management, and contract lifecycle management systems.

Nice to have

• ITIL v4 Expert certification or equivalent governance qualifications.
• Experience embedding XLAs alongside traditional SLAs at scale.
• Background operating in high-growth technology or AI-native environments.
• Experience scaling an internal IT function through rapid growth.
