What you will do

• Qualify new suppliers through on-site audits and improvement activities to ensure compliance with the Supplier Code of Conduct.
• Develop and implement sustainability initiatives and training programs for the global supplier base.
• Collaborate with commodity teams on risk management and the creation of long-term supplier strategies.
• Improve internal processes and tools by integrating AI and automation to scale impact.
• Travel internationally approximately once per month to regions including Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia.

Requirements

• University degree in sustainability management, environmental science, human rights law, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a supplier sustainability role, specifically conducting audits for environmental, health, safety, and human rights standards.
• Formal training in ISO14001 and ISO45001; SA8000 certification is preferred.
• Proven experience with frameworks such as RBA, SMETA, or similar industry standards.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Aptitude for utilizing AI tools to automate routine tasks and synthesize complex data.

Nice to have

• Experience with ISO14001 and ISO45001 implementation.
• Additional language skills, particularly Mandarin or Spanish.
