What you will do

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email to global business clients.
  • Process customer requests accurately and promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain data accuracy according to established guidelines.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure effective resolutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Participate in rotating weekend on-call shifts and provide coverage as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Costa Rica
  • 1–2 years of customer support or engagement experience.
  • English fluency is a must
  • Strong research, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work standard business hours with occasional shift flexibility.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Experience working in a large multinational software company.
