Location: USA (TN) - Remote
Salary: $150,000–$160,000 USD annually

What you will do
- Architect, orchestrate, and ensure delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes and maximize client success and value.
- Design scalable program governance, delivery, and measurement approaches to optimize resource deployment, margin, and client satisfaction.
- Execute multi-workstream software and services projects at the program level for existing customers.
- Act as executive sponsor in customer forums, executive business reviews, and SteerCo sessions; influence decisions and build customer advocacy.
- Serve as the executive point of escalation and negotiate complex issues to maintain strong, mutually beneficial client relationships.
- Mentor and elevate program management excellence within Professional Services; create reusable assets, methodologies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 10+ years of experience managing enterprise-grade customer engagements in Professional Services, Management Consulting, or Customer Success.
- Executive-level stakeholder management and advisory experience (C-suite engagement required).
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical, business, and executive audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies and tools.
- Expert proficiency in program/portfolio management tools, CRM software, and data analytics platforms.
Nice to have
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Experience implementing Customer Success or CRM platforms (e.g., , Salesforce).
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics, subscription-business models, and change-management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
