Salary: $150,000–$160,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Architect, orchestrate, and ensure delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes and maximize client success and hirify.global value.
  • Design scalable program governance, delivery, and measurement approaches to optimize resource deployment, margin, and client satisfaction.
  • Execute multi-workstream software and services projects at the program level for existing customers.
  • Act as executive sponsor in customer forums, executive business reviews, and SteerCo sessions; influence decisions and build customer advocacy.
  • Serve as the executive point of escalation and negotiate complex issues to maintain strong, mutually beneficial client relationships.
  • Mentor and elevate program management excellence within Professional Services; create reusable assets, methodologies, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 10+ years of experience managing enterprise-grade customer engagements in Professional Services, Management Consulting, or Customer Success.
  • Executive-level stakeholder management and advisory experience (C-suite engagement required).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for technical, business, and executive audiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies and tools.
  • Expert proficiency in program/portfolio management tools, CRM software, and data analytics platforms.

Nice to have

  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Experience implementing Customer Success or CRM platforms (e.g., hirify.global, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics, subscription-business models, and change-management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
